WHY YOUR EXPERTISE?
Because professional construction management requires a lot of practical experience:
— Completed education as an architect, civil engineer, construction technician
(or equivalent).
— At least 10 years of professional experience in a planning office in the management of
complex construction projects
— Leadership skills and empathy in a team
— Confident handling of tendering, awarding and scheduling
— Good knowledge and methods of costing and cost monitoring
— Business management thinking as well as analytical and structured working style
— Ability to work in a team, negotiating skills and organizational talent
— Flexibility, willingness to work and travel
— Good user skills in MS-Office
— ideally knowledge of a calculation and accounting program such as iTWO
